Exercise- The World Health Organization has expressed concern that the
level of insufficient physical activity (Exercise) required for individual health is
increasing in various countries all around the world.
Non communicable diseases are the fourth leading cause of
overall deaths in worldwide. In particular, breast and rectal cancers account
for 21-25 percent of all cancers. Apart from this, it causes 27 percent of
diabetes and 30 percent of heart diseases.

Importance of exercise:
In this case, the number of people who pay attention to physical work or exercise in the countries of the world continues to decrease. Therefore, the World Health Organization advises that ``an individual should engage at-least 150 minutes of exercise per week'' to increase physical activity.
``People who do not have regular physical activity (exercise) are more
likely to develop high blood pressure, serious heart disease, stroke, diabetes,
depression, breast cancer, and rectal cancer. It is important to engage in
exercise to increase bone strength and physical health.
People aged between 18 to 64 should get at least 150 minutes of
moderate physical activity/exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week. Target for
300 minutes of moderate or 150 minutes of vigorous exercise per week for getting additional health benefits.
Children and adolescents between 5 and 17 years of age
should do exercise 60 minutes a day. Youth who engage in this training (exercise) can get rid of
mental problems like anxiety and stress. By doing regular exercise, you can avoid smoking,
alcohol and drug addiction as well', the World Health Organization has advised.
