Liver disease- If someone says, 'You have to do 500 different jobs in a day, but only food is your salary', we will stare at him. But that's how much work is being done daily by the amazing organ of our body 'Liver' The liver is always busy aiding in digestion, removing waste and toxins, and regulating hormones.
The liver is the number one organ that can be preserved before the disease is over! Would you believe that 90% of liver related diseases are preventable?
1) Do you drink alcohol regularly?
A boss give overworks, kicks and tortures his employee for petty pleasure. Yet again and again the innocent servant endures all the pain and works for the master. Heavy drinkers also injure the liver in this way,

'Do foreign peoples drink alcohol every day? Doesn't they have liver disease?' These are the questions that many people ask every day... Foreigners don't drink to the point of intoxication like our natives! Also, what percentage of alcohol is added to the drinks sold here is also questionable.

2) Indians beware
After drinking, the fat called 'Triglycerides' is the biggest enemy of the liver. Asians are genetically more prone to fatty liver disease.
Also, since Indian food is often rich in starch, when consumed in excess, this starch turns into triglycerides and accumulates in the liver, damaging it. This is called 'Fatty Liver Disease'. People with high cholesterol, diabetes and thyroid disease can also suffer from it.
3) Hepatitis virus
Hepatitis viruses are the ones that can attack liver cells. In this Hepatitis virus there is a vaccine for 'B' virus. Nowadays, this vaccine is given to babies within a month or two of birth. There was no vaccine at that time, so mostly older generations over the age of 30 are seen contracting the virus.
These are low-cost hep B test at the Children's Health Center and get Hep vaccinated. The reason for giving so much importance to B' is that it can cause liver cancer.
Next Heb. 'C' virus. Although there is no vaccine for this, taking antiviral pills can completely clear the infection. But do not stop taking the medicine in between for any reason. This causes many liver side effects.
Liver transplantation is only required for cirrhosis, autoimmune disease and biliary atresia and other advanced liver damage. So, bring change to you from upcoming New Year, don't hesitate to get tested early, prevent liver disease and live a vibrant life with health and hope!
